Please include the following in your post:

  1. When possible, link directly to the item in question that you are referring to.
  2. Please name things. If you are referring to a file/item/page, what is it called? Where is it located? When did you attempt to access it?
  3. Include a screenshot. If you do not know how to take a screenshot, follow the instructions on this page: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/ (Links to an external site.) If you are on Windows, you may need to click the Windows tab. To include a screenshot in a forum, save your screenshot file, then click the Insert Picture icon (first icon in the rightmost group of icons when you’re replying to a post), find your file on your computer and click the “Insert” button.
  4. Include exactly (details make me happy) what you did prior, during, and after the event in question.
  5. If you see an error message, include exactly what an error message says. Try not to paraphrase. This is where screenshots come in handy.
