From the outset of the course, we’ve talked about the importance of the “growth mindset” as it relates to our professional lives. Today, we are fortunate to hear first-hand from Professor Andrea Guillaume of California State University, Fullerton, who will help us better understand how we can adopt and promote a growth mindset in the context of evidence-based feedback. During this live, one-hour web conference in Adobe Connect, Professor Guillaume will lead us in a series of activities that will not only help us to understand the growth mindset, but will also provide us with a context for incorporating this perspective into our peer and student feedback.
