8.6 – Looking Back; Going Forward-ST Summer 20201

Following our final web conference on Friday, March 5, we reflected on our course experiences as a step toward planning for future growth. We will discuss your next step of developing a personal growth plan. Throughout the course your learning in this course is guided by the following TELL Criteria:

TELL Criterion 4

Activity Details

On March 5, we have another opportunity to reflect on our learning during this course, which will help us identify components of our personal growth plan

  1. Prior to our final webinar, please complete this form to envision your personal growth plan. You will only identify 1-2 TELL Criteria to focus on for the next 2 to 6 months. The TELL criteria you have selected come from our areas of focus for this program.
  2. As you participate in the March 5 web conference, you will want to have your responses available so that you can participate in discussions.
  3. Once you complete Looking Back, Moving forward – Personal Growth Plan responses, please return here to submit a copy of your responses.
  4. Attending our final Webconference takes place on the final day of our program, Friday, March 5 at 5:30 p.m. PT / 6:30 p.m. MT / 7:30 p.m. CT / 8:30 p.m. ET.
