-How can I modify content, process, and product to accommodate different learning styles and abilities?
I make sure everyone can learn effectively, and try out different ways of teaching using diverse materials like words, sounds, or pictures. Give them guidelines or rules so they know how they’ll be graded. Using short tests or quizzes to help you see if they’re on the right track.
-How can I continuously assess and adjust my teaching strategies to meet the evolving needs of my students?
Use formative assessments such as quizzes, polls, or short assignments .
Seek feedback from students to understand their learning preferences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement. Create a comfortable environment for open communication about their learning experiences.
Use online platforms for additional resources, interactive activities, or virtual discussions.
Encourage group work and peer collaboration. Students can learn from each other, and group discussions may highlight areas of confusion.

1-What are the most significant lessons you have learned during Phase 2 training? How do you plan to apply them in your future teaching practice?
I have learned how to create a lesson using the (IMAGE) model and the backward design. The 3PS and the communication modes to support the learning target goals.
I learned to use Wordwall, winner.me, and khoot to check learning understanding. And how to navigate with technology.
I will apply in my future practice cultural lessons that will improve learners to observe, analyze and identify and understand the target language and perfume it in and outside the classroom.

2-Reflection: Finally, take a moment to acknowledge your growth and achievements during your training. What are you most proud of? How will you celebrate your accomplishments?

My reflecting during Phase 2, I have grown both personally and professionally, expanding my knowledge and improving my teaching skills. I am proud that I made it after overwhelming during the time I was working, and learning.
As a teacher and observer in micro-teaching, we had many challenges, but working together, learning, exchanging knowledge, and communicating helped us finish our goals on time, and the support from my mentor Dr. Thana helped me to navigate through LMS to finish my work on time. And thanks to all instructors who supported us all the time.
I will celebrate my accomplishment by visiting my family. And keep in touch with my colleagues, and I hope to see them in phase three.

2- What links can I make between my experience and other events/ideas from my studies or workplace?
The link I will make between my experience and ideas from my studies is to link the assessment, the outcomes, and the feedback toward the learner’s progress to achieve proficiency levels.

    Hi yachi,
I agree with you about the purpose of using a single-point rubric is to clearly define the description of performance level indicators and focus on student performance or success criteria. This makes it easy for the teacher to provide personalized feedback based on learners’ level and design a different assessment to promote learners’ growth.

    Hi Shi,Li
I agree with you that all assessments should be a milestone that leads to the end goal and only performances should be reflected in the gradebook, not behaviors. Leave meaningful feedback that provides information to encourage continued learning and develop a growth mindset. All different assessments are designed to provide feedback on student’s understanding and achievement during the learning process

Video watched: Assessing and Grading for Learning – Laura Terrill
    1-The Purpose of the Assessment:
To measure and evaluate student learning achievement in the target language proficiency and performance using the formative and summative assessment to provide evidence for students learning progress.
2- To enhance student learning and achievement, the assessment process can be improved in several ways:
-Provide clear criteria and rubrics to students at the beginning of the assessment (input) through the learning process
    to the end (output).
-Effective feedback occurs during the learning process while there is still time to act on it.

    Intercultural Classroom Activity 4
    A letter to myself
This activity is designed to help students to build their self-awareness, critical thinking, and communicative skills by using the target language to express their feelings, attitudes, concerns, and inspirations before and after communicating with students from different countries and cultures.
Before mobility, each student will write a personal letter addressed to themselves about their hopes, fears, questions, and concerns they would like to share. These letters are sealed and kept in a safe place.
After mobility, each student has a chance to read it and then share it with a group. Did their fears and concerns change?
What did they learn? What are the common questions?
Did they find answers to their questions?
Here are some changes that I would like to make:
    – Rotating students through set groups to discuss the differences and similarities of their cultures.
    – Provide guiding questions while writing their letters, such as how you think this experience will change your behavior?
Do you think you will adopt new ideas from learning a new culture?
    – Cultural research: watch historical events, read articles, listen to music…..
Students will learn and gain experience from each other, explore different cultures, and build their confidence during this exercise.

    Mrs. Kumar
For both online and in-person (tutor) classes, I have the same problems for heritage and non-heritage speakers such as mixing between some letters in writing and reading (ط, ت), ( ذ,ن), (ح,ه) (د,ض).
Each time I use different ideas, such as I provide vocabulary with those letters. We practice reading out loud, spelling, listening to conversations, copying, and writing paragraphs.

I agree that you considered the NWEL test for non–heritage and heritage high school learners; the exam evaluates students’ proficiency in the four sections reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
As you mentioned (NWEL) exam targets language skills at all proficiency from novice to the intermediate high level and measures students’ performance and understanding of the three communication modes.
I learned that NWEL is a three-hour online test designed for the following languages (Arabic, Korean, Portuguese, and Russian) for 9th-grade to 12th-grade students.
As a result, the test score is a reflection for both students and teachers to see how the students improved and understood the target language.
