Teresa Lai

Hsiao Wen (Teresa) Lai is originally from Taiwan and moved to USA in July 2006. Teresa has been a Chinese teacher in the United States teaching Mandarin classes in group settings as well as in private instruction. She has also taught one year as a Chinese lecturer in the Department of Asian Studies at The University of Texas at Austin. Teresa majored in International Hotel and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes in England. She completed her dissertation and earned a MSc degree in 2001. Before she came to USA, she taught five years at the college level in the area of hospitality and service management. Being an educator has always been a joy for her.
